Who we are
Vantroam (“we”, “us”) operates this store at vantroam.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse the site or place an order, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Contact us at privacy@vantroam.com for anything in this policy.
What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if given), and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Session data — a shopper token and cart id, stored in your browser, that let you keep a saved cart and look up an order without creating an account.
- Reviews you submit — the rating, text, and name you choose to publish with a product review. Your email address is used only to contact you about the review and is never published.
- Support communications — anything you send to a support or privacy email address, kept to handle the request.
- Usage and device data — pages visited, referring page, browser and device type, and approximate location from IP address, used to keep the site working and to understand demand.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary — local storage that holds your shopper session and cart so items and orders persist across visits. The site doesn’t work without these.
- Analytics and advertising — when enabled, Meta Pixel and/or Google Analytics (GA4) record page views, product views, and purchases so we can measure what’s working. You can block these with your browser’s tracking-protection or cookie settings; the store still works without them, we just can’t measure your visit.
We don’t sell your data to third parties for their own advertising.
Why we use it
To process and ship orders, handle returns and support requests, publish reviews you submit, prevent fraud, measure and improve the site, and meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the store — payment processing (Stripe), shipping and fulfillment carriers, email delivery, and (where enabled) the analytics providers above — and only as needed to provide the service, or where the law requires it. These processors are contractually limited to using your data for the service they provide us.
International transfers
We ship internationally, so your data may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, by us or by the processors above. We only work with processors who handle data responsibly and rely on the safeguards they have in place.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls — to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s privacy
This store isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has given us personal data and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict some of our uses of it. Email privacy@vantroam.com and we’ll respond within the period the law allows.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires, then delete or anonymise them. Support communications and analytics data are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they collected them for.

We may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The date at the top shows the last revision; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
