Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order.

Accounts and orders

No account is required to shop — your cart and order lookups are tied to a shopper session stored in your browser. An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email; up to that point we may decline or cancel it — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and refund anything you’ve paid.

Pricing and payment

Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; providing false or fraudulent payment details is a breach of these terms and grounds for cancelling an order.

Returns

Returns are covered by the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, rating, or other content, you confirm it’s your own honest opinion, doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights, and isn’t illegal, defamatory, or misleading — for example, presenting an incentivized or non-genuine review as unprompted. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content on this site and in our marketing. We may edit, decline to publish, or remove any submission, including ones that don’t meet these terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to: break the law; scrape, probe, or interfere with its normal operation; attempt to bypass security or rate limits; impersonate someone else; or submit false order, review, or payment information.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, and logos belong to Vantroam or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them beyond what’s needed to shop here without our written permission.

Disclaimer and liability

We provide this site “as is” and don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store or the law changes; the version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
