Processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us; carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to appear after that.

Shown at checkout once you enter a delivery address, based on destination and order size.

Delivery estimates

Estimates are carrier figures, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within its estimate, email support@vantroam.com with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes on international orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on delivery by your country — these aren’t included in the checkout price and are your responsibility. A refund covers the item price you paid Vantroam; duties and taxes already collected by customs aren’t refunded by us.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we can only help before it’s packed. Once an order has shipped, it follows the return process below.

Returns

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return from your order details page or email support@vantroam.com; any return shipping cost is shown before you send the item back. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund typically posts to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items marked as final sale, or that come back used or damaged beyond normal inspection, aren’t eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, so the size or colour you want isn’t held while the first parcel travels back.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email support@vantroam.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right — including return shipping — at no cost to you.
